The food was good! We were seated upstairs which was quite spacious (a bit of a steep climb if you have troubles with stairs) and plenty of natural lighting. Our server was excellent. The many had a lot of fun names for the items. I had the Seriously Spicy skillet, which wasn't too spicy; my sister had Let Freedom Ring and she enjoyed that; and my partner had the California King, which the queso was delicious. The capri sunrise is a fun nonalcoholic drink especially if you enjoy strawberries! Additionally I had the house basil lemonade which is exactly how it sounds (perhaps a touch more basil-ly, but still tasty!). This was my second time going and I think the food tasted better this time than the first time I went, haha. A bit crowded, but for a Sunday morning I was not surprised. It is convenient that you can join the waitlist ahead of getting to the restaurant though.

We finally made it here for brunch!! We came in the summer but the wait was too long. This time we utilized the waitlist and only waited about 5 mins once we arrived. The food is very simple and very good. The perfect breakfast at a great price point. I was VERY hungry and couldn't decide on savory or sweet. The menu is large. I got the Mary Moon skillet (Mediterranean option with Spinach, Mushroom, Tomato, Red Onion, Red Pepper, Feta cheese, hash browns, eggs, toast) and half order of French toast. Everything was great. I loved every bite. My boyfriend got an omelet. He said it was the best omelet he ever had. We were very happy. The only negative was the dirty coffee cup I was given (the coffee was great) and the dirty decor hanging near our high top table. We could see the dust build up. But the food was great, we totally get why the waitlist at peak hours on the weekend is approx. 2 hours. We will be back!

We waddled out of here after eating breakfast this morning. The Fat Elvis and Biscuits and gravy for me, and the husband got the Hatch'd by you. Bradley, our server was attentive and tried to talk us into the specials, but we already had our minds made up. Only issue was parking, but had nothing to do with the restaurant, just make sure you plan to walk if there isn't any parking spots!

Tried going to Hatch'd on a Sunday morning and saw the wait was nearly an hour. The following week we arrived a little after 7am and were seated right away. I always get chicken and waffles if offered. It was good; I added Tabasco for more kick. Hubby got the Filler Up skillet and added two HUGE pancakes. Everything about Hatch'd was great. Service -great. Good -great. Atmosphere - great.

Make sure you get on the waitlist before leaving your house or else you will be waiting a long time. I am so glad they have the option to get on the waitlist because the wait was over an hour long. Once we got seated, our server came up to us in a good amount of time. I had a pancake as well as an omelette. My omelette was a little overcooked, but it had great flavor. I usually don't like chorizo, but I decided to get an omelette with chorizo in it and I can say I really enjoyed it. I would say this place isn't the best for bigger groups because the tables are smaller and it's more of a compact area. It is a great place for Sunday brunch.
